Thank you for reaching out for service! Due to limited labor, and afterhours non-emergency requests, this page is provided as a guide to help you determine if your situation constitutes an emergency service request.
Please review the following definitions and guidelines. If your request does not meet these guidelines, it will be recommended by our staff that you make a regular hours service request/appointment.
An emergency is defined as a situation which requires immediate assistance due to the critical nature of the failure. Not all situations will always be of this nature.
For residential emergencies, one of the following criteria must be met....

- Lack of cooling when outdoor temperature is above 85°F.
- Situations involving elderly customers or households with children.
For commercial emergencies, one of the following criteria must be met...
- System failures that could lead to product loss (e.g., refrigeration failures with no other storage options available).
- HVAC failures impacting production processes or operational efficiency.
